The Sydney opera house is an iconic building, it was built fourty years ago.It was opened 1973 by queen Elizabeth the second.The  place is a tourist attraction.It is a famous landmark.The roof is shaped like sails.In the sails it is made with ceramic tiles concrete which deflects sunlight so inside doesn't set hot.It is neighbors with the Sydney Harbour bridge.You. can go there watch and eat for free.You can go to concerts and watch opera singing.
